The events of this past weekend give us an opportunity to look not only at our society, our Church, our Province, but most importantly to look inside of our hearts and recommit ourselves to love. We ask the Lord to cast out all anger, hatred, and violence in our hearts and lives. Our brother Maximilian Kolbe reminds us, βHatred destroys. Only love creates.β Jesus, risen from the dead, stands before us to remind us that hatred never wins and that new life comes through love.
